Wedding Pricing & Structure for The Valley
7650 Scio Church Road, Ann Arbor

Access to the 4-acre property beginning Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. (Friday- set up and rehearsal, Sat.-
event day, Sunday- Clean up only, no additional events)

Rental Fee: including the following:

  • Weekend property rental with use of all outbuildings
  • Use of all 5-bathroom facilities
  • Heating /Cooling system in main barns
  • State of the Art Sound System in Dining and Upper Barn
  • Bridal Suite/ Groom shed for weekend
  • Set up and tear down of tables and chairs
  • Wedding Arbor & Ceremony Bench Seating – indoor inclement weather seating
  • Parking attendants on wedding day
  • Golf Cart- (4-seater) for weekend
  • Venue Coordinator provides planning-session, layouts, rehearsal, and directs wedding day.
  • Rehearsal Dinner Option (end time 10 PM)
  • Access to Props available in our Pinterest room
  • Coffee Service wedding day only
    Seasonal Fruit Water Bar- 2 dispensers wedding day only

Table and Chair options:

  • Dining tables: 10, 8, 6 top and high-top tables with house linen
  • Barn-Door tables for miscellaneous uses
  • Padded Wood folding chairs or X-Back Chairs (with pad $3)

Additional things offered through Misty Valley but not included in the rental fee:

  • Bartenders $300 each
  • Rehearsal dinner staff $200 each
  • Cherry Farmhouse Tables $100 per table (reservation required)
  • Specialty Linens available
  • Sound System w/ cordless microphone and lavalier – $300 dollars
  • Bonfire with chairs and tables $150
  • 30×35 Sperry Tent for cocktail shade area $700.
  • 85 X 46 Sperry Tent $2500
  • 85 x 66 Sperry Tent $3500, All tents come with perimeter lighting, heat

Other Misty Valley Event Requirements

  • Must choose from preferred caterers list and alcohol provider (see referrals on website)
  • Liquor liability for events serving ( $130)
  • Service fee for Frutig Farm Staff (wedding night): 5% of venue price
  • Service fee for Frutig Farm Staff (rehearsal night): $3.00 per guest.
  • Reception Music DJ/Band must be in barn structure and end at 11 pm
  • Candles must be contained in dining space, no lit candles in upper barn.
  • No sky lanterns, sparklers or fireworks allowed on premises
