The Valley is available for mid-week Corporate events, primarily Monday-Thursday.
What you can expect —
The following list outlines what you can expect when booking a Corporate Event at The Valley. Please click on each subject to assist you in your planning.

The full day rental fee for corporate events ranges from $3,500 to 6,500 per base price.
There is a lot of flexibility in corporate event pricing based on client needs and expectations. A more accurate price can be provided once additional information is collected.

Meeting time from 8AM to 10PM
Use of heating/cooling system in main barn as needed
Set up and tear down of tables and chairs
State of the Art Sound System in both barns
Facility Coordinator to assist with venue needs and planning
Four-person golf cart
Wooden Chairs
Cross back chairs
Tables: All sizes w/ house linens

Liquor liability required for events serving alcohol (www.theeventhelper.com)
Music (DJ/Band) must be confined to an insulated wooden barn structure and must end at 10 pm
Candles must be contained (i.e. in glass) in lower dining area. No Candles allowed in upper barn.
