What you can expect —

The following list outlines what you can expect when booking a wedding at The Valley. Please click on each subject to assist you in your planning.

  • Access to the 4-acre property begins Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. No additional events will be taking place. During your time here you will have access to:

    • The Valley

    • Bridal Suite

    • Groom Suite

    • Bathrooms

    • Prep Space

    • Heating/cooling system in Valley main barns

    • State of the art sound system in Valley Dining Barn and Upper Barn

  • The Ceremony space includes a Wedding Arbor and seating.

    We will also provide indoor inclement weather seating.

  • We have a well-oiled team present for you on your wedding day which includes:

    • Bartenders

    • Parking Attendant

    • Coordinator

    • Support Staff

  • You have full access to props available in our Pinterest Room. Beyond that you can bring any decor you would like as long as it meets the requirements listed here:

    • Candles must be contained in dining space, no lit candles in upper barn

    • No sky lanterns, no sparklers, no confetti, no fireworks allowed on premises

  • All alcohol will be provided through our preferred alcohol provider, Tippins Market. Coffee service and 2 dispensers of seasonal fruit water available on the wedding day only.

    A liquor liability is required for events serving alcohol- www.theeventhelper.com ( $130)

    Two bartenders are included.

  • Parking attendants provided on the wedding day with access to a 4-seat golf cart for the weekend.

  • We include a Venue Coordinator that provides a planning-session, layouts, rehearsal guidance, and directs the wedding day.

  • Our staff will do all the setting up of tables and chairs as well as any teardown. We will set aside decor for easy next day pickup.

  • You will have the option to choose from the following:

    • Dining tables: 10, 8, 6 top, high-tops with house linen and cherry farmhouse tables

    • Barn door tables for miscellaneous uses

    • Padded wood folding chairs or x-back chairs (with pad $3)

  • You must choose from our preferred catering list.

  • Capacity is 250 guests.

  • The Valley is an ADA Compliant facility. We have done all we can with an old farm to make all of our guests comfortable and safe. We also provide a golf cart and attendant to assist all those in need of a little more help.

  • We welcome you to have your Rehearsal Dinner at the Valley. Venue coordinator will be onsite to run the rehearsal. Rehearsal dinner must conclude by 10PM.

  • The following items are available through us but are not included in the Rental Fee:

    • Specialty linens

    • Bonfire with chairs and tables | $150

    • 85 X 46 Sperry tent | $2500

    • 85 x 66 Sperry tent | $3500

    All tents come with perimeter lighting and heat.

    • Service fee for Frutig Farm Staff (wedding night): 5% of venue price

    • Service fee for Frutig Farm Staff (rehearsal night): $4.00 per guest

    • Reception Music DJ/Band must be in barn structure and end at 11 pm
