Intimate I Do’s at the Valley

Our elopement package is for couples who want to celebrate their love without the stress or time commitment of planning a large celebration.

We are currently booking for 2025

Life is busy, and not everyone has the resources to organize a grand event, but that doesn’t mean you have to compromise on the beauty and significance of your special day.

With everything thoughtfully planned for you, all you have to do is show up and enjoy a day that’s as beautiful and memorable as your love story.

What’s Included…

For 4 to 20 people, our elopement packages are available Monday through Sunday from April through December

• Two hours of exclusive access to wedding party suites to get ready

• Use of beautiful indoor or outdoor ceremony area

• Five hours of access for ceremony, cocktail hour, appetizers, and dinner

• Two hours of professional photography from ceremony through dinner

• Wesley’s Catering three-course family style or plated meal served in the historic upper Barn

• Catering package includes china, flatware, and glassware

• Frutig Farms Wedding officiant

• Floral boutonniere and bouquet for the wedding couple

• Coffee & tea after dinner

• Locally-sourced single tier wedding cake (choose from three flavors, including gluten-free)

Wedding couple plus two guests…

Saturday - Sunday rate: $6,500
Monday - Friday rate: $5,800
$150/person for additional guests (up to 20, includes wedding party)

Other important details:

Optional beer and wine package through Baxter’s Liquor, our exclusive provider
$350 for bartender and bar setup
